- Is this membership software for associations?
- Yes. Paid membership plans, automatic renewals, a member directory, branches or chapters, event registration, announcements and email broadcasts — with reporting built for an AGM rather than a dashboard.
- What happens when a member lapses?
- They appear on the lapsed and at-risk list with the reason (payment failed, renewal link not authorised, or overdue), how many days they have been lapsed and what they owe. That list exports to a spreadsheet for your membership secretary.
- Can we run chapters or branches?
- Yes. Members can be assigned to a branch, and reporting breaks membership down by branch.
- Do we keep our own brand?
- Yes — your own domain, logo, colours and fonts, and you can switch off the "Powered by Kinglify" badge.
- Can members pay their own way?
- Members join through a link and pay their subscription themselves, so you are not chasing transfers. Fees settle to the association’s own account.
