List physical goods, handle your own shipping and returns, and follow the Marketplace Policy.
How to list a physical product
On your Creator dashboard, choose "Physical product" when publishing. Physical listings require your shipping regions, an estimated delivery timeframe, and your return/refund policy (weight and dimensions are optional). The first time you list a physical product you will be asked to accept the Kinglify Marketplace Policy.

- 2Fill in the product details and price
- 3Select "Physical product"
- 4Enter shipping regions, estimated delivery and your return policy
- 5Accept the Marketplace Policy (first physical listing only)
- 6Publish
Shipping is your responsibility
Kinglify provides the platform only — it does not warehouse, ship or handle any physical goods. You are responsible for packaging, dispatch and delivery within your stated timeframe, and buyers see a notice on your listing saying fulfilment is handled by you.
Returns and refunds
You set your own return and refund policy, and it is displayed on your listing. Buyers contact you directly for returns; if a legitimate complaint is not resolved, Kinglify may mediate. Consistent failure to deliver or misrepresentation can lead to listing removal or account suspension.
