Composing a broadcast
Organisation admins compose rich email (bold, links, images, call-to-action buttons) in the Email Broadcasts area, choose an audience — all members, one group, or one role — and send now or schedule for a date and time. Emails go out with YOUR organisation’s branding (name, logo, colours).
Tracking
Each broadcast shows how many recipients it reached, how many were delivered, opened and clicked.
Unsubscribes
Every broadcast automatically includes an unsubscribe link (legally required). Someone who unsubscribes is excluded from all your future broadcasts automatically — transactional account emails like receipts and password resets are unaffected.
Audience boundaries
Broadcasts can only ever reach people in your own organisation — the audience is resolved server-side from your organisation’s own records.
